· Second bedroom with two single beds
· Third bedroom with one or two single beds.
· Separate shower and toilet
· Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave
· Hob and oven
· Large spacious lounge, TV, DVD player
· Oil fired central heating
· Bed Linen not supplied
· Cost per week inclusive of electric, gas and oil is €300
